Neo Noor
Neo Noor's signature diagnostic methodology · Part of the Leading from the Inside programme
This is a diagnostic, not a satisfaction survey. It is built to get past the polished answer and closer to what is actually true here, day to day.
Every team has real strengths. Every team also has moments where something gets misread, a conversation gets harder than it needed to be, or someone keeps a thought to themselves they later wish they had shared. That is ordinary, and it is not a sign anything is broken. Rather than guess where it happens on this team, we are asking you.
Complete anonymity
No names, no email tracking, and no way to trace an answer back to the person who wrote it. No one, including Anna, sees an individual response — only the combined pattern across the whole team. Nothing written here can get anyone into trouble. It can only make the workshop and the coaching fit this team better.
Before you begin
Some questions ask for a first reaction rather than a considered one. Some ask about one specific dynamic rather than the team in general. Some ask you to choose between two uncomfortable truths instead of sitting on the fence. All of that is deliberate — the sharper the answer, the sharper this can be built for exactly this team.
There is no right answer anywhere in it. Say what is true for you, even where it isn't flattering to anyone, yourself included. Set aside roughly 25 to 30 minutes. Thank you for the honesty.
The Diagnostic
When you're ready, set aside a quiet half hour and begin.
Begin the DiagnosticEvery response feeds into a single report built around themes rather than individual answers: communication patterns, trust drivers, psychological safety, emotional climate, leadership perception, hidden strengths, and recommended next steps. The workshop is then designed directly from what this team actually said, not a generic version of what a team like this usually needs.
